The Bobcat-320 uses an InGaAs sensor to provide exceptional imaging performance at SWIR wavelengths in a wide range of applications. These include:
· Laser beam profiling at 1.3 µm or 1.55 µm
· Silicon wafer inspection – allows you to see through the Si
· Solar cell inspection – crack detection
· Moisture detection at 1.45 µm
· Furnace inspection – thermal imaging at temperatures > 300°C
The Bobcat-320 is a smart InGaAs infrared camera that requires no thermoelectric cooling. With an embedded Digital Signal Processor (DSP) for intelligent real-time image processing and flexible TCP/IP interfacing, it connects to a PC via an Ethernet or CameraLink connection. The compact camera housing accommodates standard available C-Mount lenses.
