Signatrol launches expert calibration service

Data Logging suppliers Signatrol have launched a new temperature and relative humidity calibration service and consultancy, appointing Mike Smith an experienced calibration expert and chartered chemist as a dedicated calibration engineer to oversee the service.

Signatrol will be offering the calibration service from its specialist laboratory in Tewkesbury Gloucestershire, not just for its own products but for third party equipment such as handheld thermometers and hygrometers.

Signatrol is offering a UKAS Traceable Calibration Certificate which is performed under ISO9000 procedures using equipment that is traceable to national standards issued by a UKAS accredited laboratory.

In order to assist calibration managers in planning calibration programmes and to minimise disruptions to business, Signatrol has also launched a free consultancy service where on-going calibration and maintenance schedules can be arranged to meet the customer’s needs. These include rolling calibration schedules, weekend or overnight calibrations, loan equipment whole instruments are being calibrated, customised calibration points to suit an individual application, or swapping equipment with equivalent, calibrated stock, before the site item’s calibration expires.
