PowTechnology recently welcomed Ryan Parsons to its team in the newly created role of Commercial Manager. Ryan joined in July and has already been involved in a range of presentations, market analyses, site visits and a major project delivery.
Ryan’s experience encompasses organising large scale B2B events and several years at Western Global, most recently managing strategic key accounts. In addition to a Masters in Business Management, he holds a degree in Zoology, has been an environmental volunteer and knows a lot about natterjack toads!
Ryan’s role is key to PowTechnology’s ongoing growth and will evolve over time. Initially, he will be understanding PowTechnology’s broad range of IIoT solutions and key customer environments to develop commercial strategy and pursue new opportunities. He will work closely with the company’s Development and Production Teams to accompany customers on their digital transformation journey, ensuring they attain organisational goals, from cost reduction to compliance, introducing new revenue streams to innovating for competitive advantage.

Outside the office, Ryan’s party piece is juggling, which we’re looking forward to at the next PowTechnology party! He also relaxes with darts, snooker and carp fishing and enjoys travel, meeting his wife, Emily, on a trip to Amsterdam. Emily is from the US, so most travel now involves visiting family there, accompanied by their two young daughters. He loves his family time and the girls also love collecting eggs from their three chickens.
