It’s a year since PowTechnology became Siemens Process Instrumentation Solution Partners! What a year it has been! Whilst we’ve always integrated Siemens impressive range of measurement instrumentation, we were honoured to have that partnership formally recognised.
Even better, this Partnership has delivered huge benefits for PowTechnology, Siemens and for our mutual customers.
PowTechnology work with the full Siemens Measurement Intelligence portfolio. We customise Siemens kit into end-to-end, fully-integrated, ready-to-go and customer-specific digital transformation solutions.
We do the heavy lifting, so that our customers can benefit from exceptional technology, without the need for coding or programming skills, leaving them free to focus on their core business.

As well as helping customers with a huge range of applications, we enjoyed a busy events calendar, courtesy of our partnership.
We were delighted to be the only Solutions Partner with a stand at the Siemens Measurement Intelligence Product Launch in March. This provided an excellent opportunity to introduce ourselves to Reseller Partners within the Siemens ecosystem. We were able to demonstrate how we could help them, by customising Siemens measurement instrumentation into end-to-end digital transformation solutions, which has resulted in some really interesting and mutually beneficial projects!
May saw us exhibiting and presenting once again at CHEMUK. With our presentation focussed on IED Emission regulations and monitoring for compliance, we were pleased to highlight Siemens SITRANS TDL gas analysers and other industry-specific kit. We were also fortunate to receive considerable support from Siemens colleagues on the stand.
In June, Siemens instrumentation was well represented on our stand at Hillhead, the UK’s largest exhibition for quarrying, construction and recycling. Once again, we were exceptionally busy, this time focused on fully-integrated, easy-retrofit IIoT solutions benefits for abstraction and discharge of mine water, data analysis of bitumen and belt weighing, as well as the tank and silo level.
Our stand looked amazing and our Siemens belt weigher proved to be a huge draw, with an almost frantic flow of visitors at times. As well as the belt weigher, there was a great deal of interest in the Siemens’ SITRANS SCM IQ easy retrofit smart monitoring system for mechanical equipment, using AI and anomaly detection to prevent downtime before it occurs. In July we were entertained and inspired at Siemens Transform2024 event in Manchester. This spectacular exhibition and conference explored how to accelerate digital and sustainability transformation by combining the real and digital worlds.
It was a wonderful opportunity to learn from experts and experience transformative technology first hand. The technologies and speaking programme encompassed decarbonisation, the industrial metaverse and Gen AI. There was a sharp focus on real world issues and making organisations more competitive, resilient and sustainable to meet those challenges.
As an added bonus, PowTechnology’s IIoT solutions are also now showcased in Siemens Xcelerator digital transformation marketplace, a robust ecosystem of sellers and developers with integrated hardware and software.
That was a huge compliment and endorsement of our abilities to uphold the integrity of the Siemens brand.
