Automatic docking, whether as an industrial application, a robust hybrid interface, an industrial robot or much more, requires a durable solution that can be individually adapted to specific system requirements.

ODU DOCK Silver-Line connectors come in three sizes with different contact inserts. Shortening the production cycle, improving reproducibility and the comparability of results are all linked to the right connector and the right contact technology.

ODU-MAC® Silver-Line docking frame products are characterized by their durability with mating cycles of 100,000 to 10 million.ODU docking solutions: Individuality meets longevity

Eight docking frames can be fitted with different modules. The docking frames have a location tolerance of up to +/- 4.0 mm to ensure a safe connection even with slight displacements in docking systems.

Silver-Line Quick-Change Head – minimal maintenance, millions of mating cycles

The quick-change head significantly reduces downtime, allowing mating cycles of up to 10 million. If the connector needs to be replaced, the front part of the connector frame can be changed in seconds, while the rear part, including the cable assembly is retained.  This ensures continuous connection, eliminating the need for a shutdown.

If you’re visiting the Battery Systems Expo, NEC Birmingham, July 8th-10th 2026, the company will be showcasing their Black-Line Mass Interconnect range and other quick-connectors that support battery manufacturers mid & end-of-line testing.

If you would like to update your test setup, then please drop by Stand 927 in Hall 7 where our engineers Nick Harper and Alex Strothers, together with Test & Measurement Specialist Max Baumann, will be delighted to discuss the options.
