MAD World Summit 2026 is offering 20 complimentary conference tickets through its Next Generation HR Ticket Ballot, supporting UK-based junior and early-career professionals working across HR, people, culture and workplace wellbeing.
Taking place on 26 November at Convene, 155 Bishopsgate, London, the ninth annual summit brings together senior leaders and practitioners to explore the challenges shaping workplace culture, employee health and wellbeing.
The initiative aims to remove financial barriers to professional development by providing free access to those who would not normally have a conference or professional-development budget.
Mark Pigou, Founder of MAD World Summit, said: “They are the future of UK business, and ensuring employee wellbeing is an imperative that must be treated like all aspects of employee care, and not just rewards, benefits, pensions and occupational health.”
Successful applicants will gain practical insights into workplace wellbeing, connect with industry leaders and explore the future of workplace culture in an AI-accelerated world. They will also have the opportunity to bring a manager or colleague at 50% of the standard ticket price, enabling them to share the experience and take their learning back to their organisation.
Simon Berger, Founder of MAD World Summit, added: “They will help shape the workplaces of the future and carry this important work forward.”
The ballot is open to eligible UK-based junior and early-career professionals working across HR, people, culture, wellbeing, benefits, occupational health, learning and development, internal communications and related fields who would not normally have access to a professional-development budget. Managers and team leaders are encouraged to share the opportunity with emerging talent in their teams.
