COMPONENT CONFORMANCE CERTIFICATES
Hydraulic & Pneumatic components can be tested & issued with a conformance certificate for pressure, temperature and sealing integrity. Tests can be carried out on oil up to 1200 bar or with air up to 200 bar.

We provide a full repair service on all Hydrotechnik and non-Hydrotechnik test equipment. Units are normally repaired in the UK or will be forwarded to the original manufacturer for repair estimates if necessary.
OIL SAMPLE ANALYSIS KITS & COMPONENT CLEANLINESS TESTING
We can analyse a wide range of fluid samples in house. Test kits can be supplied with minimess test points, all necessary adaptors & microbore hoses.
Kits are supplied with a pre-paid sample bottle and report card with address to forward the sample to the laboratory. Certificates are then supplied showing all results to the latest ISO standards relating to the fluid tested or as per specific requests.
