Hat-trick of appointments keeps Hanwell’s quality assurance on target

Hanwell Solutions continues to hit the target when it comes to Quality Assurance, having made a trio of senior level appointments in order to underpin the company’s reputation for consistent supply of technically superior British-made products.

Tony Groom leads the field as new quality and health & safety manager, with a focus on regulatory compliance and ensuring that projects stay on schedule and on budget, meeting customer expectations every time. Tony works alongside Paul Taylor who has been promoted to the role of continuous improvement manager; his aim is to help all colleagues embrace Hanwell’s Continuous Improvement philosophy which helps them towards their goal of excellence at all levels.

Completing the hat-trick is Jim Ryan, appointed as service manager to look after customer installations and use his expertise in environmental monitoring to develop further enhancements to the service experience. Jim is supported by an extended technical support team helping customers across the world to maximise the functionality of their Hanwell solutions, which range from simple “plug and play” options through to complex multi-site, multi-channel support.

Between them the three new managers bring a combined 100 years’ experience in manufacturing/ engineering and a common goal to live up to Hanwell’s mission and customer promise. Hanwell is renowned in particular for its monitoring systems, designing and manufacturing British-engineered solutions vital to helping organisations meet the needs of strict regulations across the globe. Its commercial teams are expert not only in the company’s own systems, but also in the regulations and requirements affecting the customer’s operations.

Hanwell was recently awarded the winner’s trophy for Hygiene and Food Safety in the prestigious Food Processing Awards for its IceSpy wireless monitoring solution.

Tony said about the new management appointments: “Quality is a key part of our culture here at Hanwell, and focusing on quality drives us towards excellence in every department, reducing costs and downtime for ourselves as well as customers. Our ISO 9001 and UKAS accreditations are key to demonstrating to our customers that we are completely serious about being the best that we can be and providing Ultimate Peace of Mind.”
