Aerco has been awarded the accolade of EMEA Distributor of the Year 2017 for Design-In Activities by Smiths Interconnect. This is the first year that Smiths Interconnect has run a distributor recognition programme, which recognises outstanding achievement by its distributors in Asia, the Americas and EMEA. Just three awards were given in EMEA, each recognising a different aspect of expertise in distribution.
Presenting the award to the Aerco team, Giuseppe Lancella, vice president Global Distribution, Smiths Interconnect, commented: “The awards follow the distributors’ performance evaluation program that was implemented to strengthen and increase the value of the sales channel globally, and through them we encourage our partners to continue to work with us as an integral part of our internal sales force. We’re delighted to publicly recognise all our nine global winners for the hard work they have done throughout the year. In EMEA, Aerco’s Design-In service is recognised for achieving extremely high levels of customer satisfaction and an outstanding number of design-ins.”
