Sally Edgington joins GAMBICA as Test & Measurement sector head and Axrem director

GAMBICA has appointed Sally Edgington as its new sector head for the Test & Measurement Sector and Axrem Director.

Sally brings relevant association experience with her, having previously worked at the British Healthcare Trades Association with responsibility for membership engagement, retention and recruitment as well as external stakeholder engagement and event management.

In addition to supporting GAMBICA’s existing member companies, Sally will focus on increasing the representation of the Test & Measurement industry in the UK. She will also take over the role of Director at Axrem, the association for suppliers of diagnostic medical imaging and radiotherapy equipment in the UK, for which GAMBICA provides the secretariat.

Commenting, Sally said, “I am excited to use my knowledge of membership organisations to fulfil this multi-functional role, and in particular my knowledge of the healthcare and assistive technology sector in my role for AXREM. I am really looking forward to meeting members and learning more about the work of GAMBICA and AXREM, and to see how I can help develop the work further.”

Sally is completing a handover period with Alan Birks, who will retire at the end of March 2019.
