Meet acoustic experts at NCE Tunnelling Summit

Brüel & Kjær will be exhibiting its subscription-based noise management service – Noise Sentinel – at this year’s NCE Tunnelling Summit in December.

The company’s acoustic experts will be on hand during the conference, taking place on 3rd December in central London, so visitors can discuss their construction noise management issues and see a demonstration of the Noise Sentinel system.

Created specifically to help construction companies, Noise Sentinel immediately alerts the site manager if noise levels approach compliance limits, enabling the site team to reduce noise impact and prevent a potential breach. The system provides continuous noise, dust and ground-vibration monitoring. It also delivers real-time alerts, audio playback for investigation and detailed reports so the construction industries can demonstrate ongoing legislation compliance.

The NCE Tunnelling Summit offers the tunnelling community a chance to explore opportunities from current and future projects – and build up contacts with contractors, consulting engineers and the supply chain.

Attendees can also join a half-day seminar on 4th December, which focuses on Tunnel Asset Management.
